60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason. No lengthy explanations required. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Eligibility
- Device must be in original condition with all accessories, cables, and packaging included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns requested after 60 days will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Devices showing physical damage caused by misuse
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@lumiatlas.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. We offer personal customer support — you'll always speak with a real person.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If your device arrives faulty, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of 4 or more items. Standard shipping costs apply to all other orders and are non-refundable on returns.
