If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund, no lengthy explanations required.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date
- The RLT device must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events are non-refundable
- Devices showing physical damage caused by misuse are not eligible
How to Request a Refund
Email support@lumiatlas.com with your order number and reason for the refund. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Once your red light therapy wearable is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part. If your photobiomodulation device arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs and dispatch a replacement at no charge.
