How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us at support@lumiatlas.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your photobiomodulation device at no cost to you, including return shipping.
